Process
Starting over. The old site had too many problems to fix one by one, so we agreed to rebuild it from scratch. The first decision was to make the audience obvious, with separate pages for small businesses, enterprise and government. Every page leads to the same next step, a 15 minute call with Sylvia. Building trust. In advisory work, people buy the person as much as the service. Sylvia's background and qualifications got a dedicated page, and the copy was written the way she actually talks to clients, plain and practical, with as little procurement jargon as possible. Local search. Most of D1's clients find them by searching for procurement help in Australia. We built the site in Webflow with that in mind, including structured data that describes the business as a Melbourne-based professional service.
