This policy explains what personal data Juno Studio collects when you visit this website or work with us, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We keep it short and plain on purpose, because we collect very little.
The data controller is Juno Studio, a Webflow design and development studio run by Veljko Ilic and based in Pančevo, Serbia. If you have any question about your data, you can contact us using the details on this website.
When you contact us or book a call, we collect the details you choose to give us, usually your name, email address, company name, website and a description of your project.
When you become a client, we also keep the information needed to run the project and invoice you, such as billing details, contracts, project files and our email history with you.
When you browse the website, our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use may record technical information like your IP address, browser, device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived. We use this in aggregated form to understand how the site is used and to keep it working well.
We don't collect sensitive personal data, and we don't buy or sell personal data.
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver and support your project, send invoices and keep records the law requires us to keep. With your consent, we may also use analytics to improve the website.
Under the GDPR and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection, the legal bases we rely on are taking steps before or during a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving the studio, compliance with legal obligations such as accounting rules, and your consent where it's required, for example for non-essential cookies.
The website uses essential cookies to work properly. If we use analytics or marketing cookies, we only set them after you agree through the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
We only share personal data with service providers that help us run the studio, and only as much as they need. These include Webflow, which hosts this website and processes form submissions, and HelloBonsai, which we use for call bookings, contracts and invoicing. We also use standard email and file storage providers.
Some of these providers are based outside Serbia and the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where that's the case, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, for example to tax authorities.
Enquiries that don't turn into projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax laws require, which is usually up to 10 years for invoices and contracts. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, contact us and we'll reply within 30 days.
If you think we've handled your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in Serbia, or to the data protection authority in your own country.
We protect your data with secure, access-controlled accounts and two-factor authentication where available, and we only keep what we actually need. Logins you share with us for a project are stored securely and removed once the work is done.
Our services are for businesses, and this website isn't intended for children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
We design, build, migrate, and tune Webflow sites for product and growth-stage companies.
