Terms & Conditions

Last updated: November 4, 2026

These terms apply to anyone using this website and to every client who works with Juno Studio. Juno Studio is a Webflow design and development studio run by Veljko Ilic, based in Pančevo, Serbia. When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean Juno Studio. When they say "you", they mean the person or company using the website or hiring us.

If a signed proposal or contract says something different from these terms, the signed document takes priority for that project.

1. Using this website

You're welcome to browse this website, read the case studies and get in touch. Please don't copy the design, code or written content for your own commercial use, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

The content here is general information about our services. It isn't legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation, and while we keep it up to date, we can't promise every detail is accurate at all times.

2. Starting a project

Every project starts with a written proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work begins once you've accepted the proposal and paid the first invoice. Prices shown on this website are starting points, and the final price is always the one in your proposal.

3. Scope and changes

We deliver what's described in the agreed scope. If you'd like something that isn't in it, such as extra pages, new features or a change of direction after sign-off, we'll tell you how it affects the price and timeline before doing the work. Nothing outside the scope is billed without your approval.

Each project includes the review rounds listed in the proposal. Feedback should come from one person or one consolidated list on your side, which keeps the project moving and avoids conflicting changes.

4. Your responsibilities

To keep the project on schedule, you agree to provide content, brand assets, account access and feedback when they're needed, and to make sure you have the rights to anything you give us to use, like images, fonts and copy. Delays in receiving these may move the timeline.

5. Payments

Invoices are issued according to the payment schedule in your proposal and are due within the period stated on the invoice. Monthly retainers are billed in advance at the start of each month. If a payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause work until it's settled.

Third-party costs such as Webflow site plans, hosting, fonts, stock images and paid integrations are not included in our fees unless the proposal says so. These accounts should be set up in your name and paid by you.

6. Ownership and rights

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website, designs and content we created for you. Until then, the work remains ours. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, code snippets and methods, and you receive a permanent licence to use any of them that are part of your website.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and case studies and mention you as a client. If your project is confidential or white-label, tell us and we'll keep it private.

7. Retainers

Monthly retainers continue from month to month until either side ends them with 30 days' written notice. Unused hours or tasks don't roll over unless your retainer agreement says they do.

8. Confidentiality

We treat anything you share with us that isn't public, like business plans, logins, data and unreleased products, as confidential. We only use it to deliver your project and don't share it with anyone else, except people working on the project with us who are bound by the same obligation. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share details.

9. Search and performance results

We follow current best practices for SEO, AEO and site performance, but search engines and AI tools are outside our control. We can't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, citations or business results.

10. Warranty and support

We fix bugs caused by our work for 30 days after launch at no cost. After that, fixes and changes are covered by a retainer or billed separately. Issues caused by edits made by you or others, by Webflow itself or by third-party services aren't covered.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We aren't responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities.

12. Ending a project

Either side can end a project in writing if the other seriously breaks these terms or the agreed contract. If a project ends early, you pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over that work once payment is received.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. If a disagreement comes up, we'll first try to resolve it directly and in good faith. If that doesn't work, it will be handled by the competent courts in Serbia.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes don't affect projects already agreed under an earlier version.

15. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, get in touch using the contact details on this website.
