Process
Working in stages. We've worked with Class A through four versions of the website, along with more than 20 landing pages and a few smaller digital products. Rather than one big project, each round started from where the business was at that moment. Responding to changes in the business. When Class A moved to a one-time payment model, the site had to explain it clearly, and booking a consultation became the main action on every page. We set up a case study collection in Webflow so results could be added as soon as a brand had numbers, and built landing page templates the team could duplicate for campaigns. Keeping things simple. Because we've known the site for years, small requests stay small. Most changes don't need a fresh design phase, and bigger updates build on what's already there rather than starting over.
