Process
Setting the positioning. The whole pitch rested on one idea: you hire a digital worker rather than buy another sales tool. We decided early that every page would come back to that. Each worker got its own page written like a role description, covering what they do, which channels they work in and how much time they give back to a team. Design and build. With the funding date fixed, we couldn't afford a long design phase. We agreed on a small set of templates in Figma first, then moved into Webflow as soon as the homepage direction was signed off. Workers, customer stories and blog posts all run on CMS collections, so the marketing team could add new content without touching the layout. Challenges along the way. The product was still changing while we built the site, and the naming of some features shifted twice during the project. Keeping worker details in the CMS instead of hard coding them meant those changes took minutes rather than days. We also set up page titles, meta descriptions and Open Graph images for every page, since the funding news was going to be shared heavily on LinkedIn and X.
